AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 11.32.030 OF THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE,
1976, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "STOP INTERSECTIONS"
(Slade Avenue at Center Street)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.32.030 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended,
entitled "Stop Intersections" be and is hereby further amended as follows:
By deleting from the list of stop intersections under Section 11.32.030 the following:
Street Direction To Stogy For
Slade Avenue Four-way Center Street
By adding to the list of stop intersections under Section 11.32.030 the following:
Street Direction To Std For
Center Street North/South Slade Avenue
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinance in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance be and are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and
publication in the manner provided by law.
