AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 11.60.066 OF THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE, 1976, AS
AMENDED, ENTITLED "LIMITED PARKING AREAS; RESTRICTIONS ON ODD AND
EVEN NUMBERED DAYS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.60.066 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended,entitled
"Limited Parking Areas; Restrictions on Odd and Even Numbered Days" be and is hereby further
amended by amending subparagraph B thereof by adding a new subsection 4 thereto to read as
follows:
"Area 4 - Stewart Avenue and Parkway Avenue between Dundee Avenue and
Dakota Drive, including Trout Avenue and Victor Avenue."
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinance in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance be and are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and
publication in the manner provided by law.
