AN ORDINANCE
TERMINATING SPECIAL SERVICE AREA
NUMBER TWO IN THE CITY OF ELGIN
(Spring Street Parking Deck)
WHEREAS, Ordinance T10-77 establishing Special Service Area Number Two in the
City of Elgin was approved on September 7, 1977 pursuant to the City of Elgin's powers as a 1
home rule unit, consisting of the territory described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin has determi•-. that it is not necessary
to continue with Special Service Area Number Two.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT I ►t . OF THE CITY •
OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS: 0
