AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO
THE LIST OF STOP INTERSECTIONS
(Summit Street at Spring Street)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Title 11,Chapter 11.32 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976,as amended,be
and is hereby further amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under Section 11.32.030 the
following:
Street Direction To Stop,For
Summit Street North/South Spring Street
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance be and are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage and
publication in the manner provided by law.
