S9-09 DELETING TERRITORY FROM THE CITY OF ELGIN ENTERPRISE ZONE TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR WHEREAS, on November 18, 2009, the city council of the City of Elgin, adopted Ordinance No. S9-09 being an ordinance deleting certain territory from the City of Elgin Enterprise Zone; and WHEREAS, Exhibit A to Ordinance No. S9-09 depicted the area to be deleted from the City of Elgin Enterprise Zone and Exhibit B to Ordinance No. S9-09, provided for the legal description of the area to be deleted from the City of Elgin Enterprise Zone; and WHEREAS, Exhibit A to Ordinance No. S9-09 accurately depicts the area to be deleted from the City of Elgin Enterprise Zone, but it has been discovered that the legal description set forth in Ordinance No. S9-09 in Exhibit B thereof contains a scrivener's error. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1.
