AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G37-09 ESTABLISHING
A PAY PLAN FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES EMPLOYEE GROUP
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. G37-09, adopted by the City Council on
May 27, 2009, be and is hereby amended by adding the following positions to the schedule of
standard hourly,monthly and annual salary ranges for the Public Services Employee Group to read as
follows:

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
