AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G37-09 ESTABLISHING
A PAY PLAN FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES EMPLOYEE GROUP
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. G37-09, adopted by the City Council on
May 27. 2009. be and is hereby amended by adding the following positions to the schedule of
standard hourly; monthly and annual salary ranges for the Public Services Employee Group to read as
follows:

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
