AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G66-09 ESTABLISHING
FEES FOR VARIOUS CITY SERVICES, PERMITS, LICENSE,
USE OF FACILITIES AND OTHER MATTERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the User Fees Exhibit attached to Ordinance No. G66-09,adopted by the
City Council on December 16, 2009, is hereby amended by amending page 12 under the heading
"Human Resources" to read as follows:
Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is establishing a fee that will be charged to
individuals who are issued an application for the positions of firefighter and police
officer to offset the costs associated with application materials and administering the
application process.
