AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE FEES FOR LORDS PARK POOL PASSES FOR 2009
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the Lords Park pool pass fees for 2009 be and are hereby amended to
read as follows:
Lords Park Pool Passes
Type 2009 Resident Fee 2009 Non-Resident Fee
Individual Pool Pass:
Youth $60 $70
Adult $65 $80
Senior $60 $70
Family Pool Pass:
2 members $110 $130
3 members $130 $160
• 4 members $150 $175
Each additional member $12 $15
Section 2. That all parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
