AN ORDINANCE
REPEALING THE FIRE LANE
ESTABLISHED ON JEFFREY LANE
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. G68-00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. G68-00, passed November 15, 2000, entitled"An Ordi-
nance Amending Certain Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin (Jeffrey Lane)" be and is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publi-
cation in the manner provided by law.
