AN ORDINANCE
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. T7-08 ABATING A PORTION OF THE
ANNUAL TAX FOR 2007 FOR GENERAL OBLIGATION CORPORATE
PURPOSE BONDS, SERIES 2001B
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. T7-08 entitled "An Ordinance Abating a Portion of the
Annual Tax for 2007 for General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 2001B", be and is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage in
the manner provided by law.
