AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 11.60.0500 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended,
entitled "Stopping, Standing, Parking Prohibited"be and is hereby further amended by adding the
following:
"DuPage Street—South side—from Gifford Street to Chapel Street
Chapel Street—West Side—from East Chicago Street to the loading zone on the southwest
corner of Chapel and DuPage Streets"
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its passage in
the manner provided by law.
