AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR PERMANENT PART TIME
MAINTENANCE AND CUSTODIAN EMPLOYEE GROUP SERVICE EMPLOYEES
INTERNATIONAL UNION LOCAL 73 OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That there is hereby established the following schedule of standard hourly
pay ranges for permanent part time maintenance and custodian employee group SEIU Local 73
as follows:
Permanent Part-Time Custodian
Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5
$10.03 $10.65 $11.51 $11.92 $12.54
Permanent Part-Time Maintenance Worker
Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5
$10.77 $11.45 $12.13 $12.80 $13.47
Section 2. That all ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of December 23,
2007.
