AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF THE
WING PARK AND LORDS PARK FAMILY AQUATIC CENTERS
WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that it is necessary and proper to establish an
amended fee schedule relative to fees for the use of the Wing Park and Lords Park Family Aquatic
Centers.
Section 1. That the following fees be,and the same are hereby established for the use of the
Wing Park and Lords Park Family Aquatic Centers effective January 1, 2008:

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
