AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE USE OF FESTIVAL PARK
WHEREAS,the City Council has determined that it is necessary and proper to establish a fee
schedule relative to the operation of Festival Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the following fees and charges be, and the same are hereby
established for Festival Park effective January 1, 2008:
TYPE 2008
Rental Fee $100 (per event)
Security Deposit $500 (per event)
Maintenance Charge $ 90 (per hour)
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts or ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after January 1,
2008.
