AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G51-07 ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN
FOR CERTAIN APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance G51-07 be and is hereby amended by adding the
following additional listing under Pay Grade 819: "Assignment of Assistant to Police Chief for
Office of Professional Standards."
Section 2. That all ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of August 15, 2007.
