AN ORDINANCE
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. S23-05 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF ELGIN
(Elgin Regional Park-4600 Plank Road)"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. S23-05 passed October 12, 2005, entitled "An Ordinance
Annexing Certain Territory to the City of Elgin(Elgin Regional Park-4600 Plank Road)"be and is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage in
the manner provided by law.
