Pages: 5 Ordinance No. S4-06 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO TH: CITY OF ELGIN (Randall Point Business Park WHEREAS, a petition signed by all the owners of reco • of certain territory has been filed with the City Clerk requesting annexation of said territory to th- City of Elgin, Illinois; and WHEREAS,said petition includes therein a statement ider oath by all the owners of record that no electors reside on the subject territory; and WHEREAS,said territory is contiguous to the City of Olgin and is not within the corporate limits of any municipality; and WHEREAS,legal notices of the intent of the City of El!'n to annex said territory have been forwarded to all public bodies required to receive said notice • the manner provided by law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS: Section 1.
