AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G97-03 ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR
CERTAIN APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. G97-03 be and is hereby further amended by
amending the position title of Economic Development Assistant in Range 11, Benefit Group C to
read Economic Development Coordinator.
Section 2. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. G97-03 be and is hereby further amended by
deleting from Range 19,Benefit Group A the position of Management Assistant and from Range 10,
Benefit Group C the positions of Neighborhood Liaison and Planning &Preservation Coordinator
and by adding to Range 10 Benefit Group C the position of Management Analyst.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage.
