AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR THE CLERICAL TECHNICAL GROUP
SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION LOCAL 73
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin has heretofore
ratified and approved negotiated settlements reached by the City of
Elgin and the Clerical Technical Group Service Employees
International Union Local 73 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin has agreed to
implement a new salary plan for the Clerical Technical Group
Service Employees International Union Local 73 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That there is hereby established the following
schedule of standard monthly salary ranges for the Clerical
Technical Group Service Employees International Union Local 73 :

provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
