I further certify that on September 10, 2003, the Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G76-03, which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G76-03, including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building commencing on September 12, 2003, and continuing for at least ten days thereafter. That Chapter 11 . 40 of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, entitled "Special Stops Required; Miscellaneous Rules Of The Road, " be and is hereby amended by amending Section 11 . 40 . 010, entitled, "Adopted, " to read as follows : The regulations of Chapter 625, Act 5, Sections 11- 1201 through 11-1205, inclusive, Section 11-1304 . 5, and Sections 11-1401 through 11-1425, inclusive, of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, as amended, are adopted as the regulations requiring special stops and miscellaneous rules of the road. Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed. Section 3 .
