municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane Counties, Illinois.
I further certify that on May 28, 2003, the Corporate Authorities of such
municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G42-03, which provided by its terms
that it should be published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G42-03, including the Ordinance
and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in
the municipal building commencing on May 29, 2003, and continuing for at least ten
days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available for public inspection
'' upon request in the office of the municipal clerk.

Ordinance No. G42-03
AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN
(Symphony Way)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11 , Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended
by deleting from the list of two hour parking zones under Section
11 . 60 . 084 the following:
Symphony Way, south side thereof, from one hundred
thirty feet (130 ' ) east of the intersection of North
Grove Avenue easterly to Brook Street .
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended
by adding to the list of two hour parking zones under Section
11 . 60 . 084 the following:
Symphony Way, south side thereof, from forty-four
feet (44' ) east of the intersection of North Grove Avenue
easterly to two hundred fifty-one feet (251' ) east of
North Grove Avenue .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby
repealed.
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided by law.
