AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G25-02 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE USE OF THE CENTRE"
BY ADDING A THREE MONTH MEMBERSHIP AND SEVEN DAY MEMBERSHIP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No. G25-02 entitled
"An Ordinance Establishing Fees and Charges for the Use of The
Centre" passed March 27, 2002 be and is hereby amended by adding
the following:
THREE MONTH MEMBERSHIP FEES
INDIVIDUAL COUPLE YOUTH/SENIOR
MEMBERSHIP TYPE (RES/NR) (RES/NR) (RES/NR)
All Facility $115/$145 $180/$225 $ 95/$120
Fitness Center $ 85/$105 $130/$160 $ 65/$ 85
Aquatic $ 60/$ 75 $ 95/$115 $ 50/$ 60
Racquetball $ 25/$ 30 $ 40/$ 50 $ 20/$ 25
Three Month Membership pass is available between the months of May
through October.
SEVEN DAY INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
INDIVIDUAL
MEMBERSHIP TYPE (RES/NR)
All Facility $ 44/$ 55
Seven Day pass must be used within seven days of purchase and is
non-transferable .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby
repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.
