AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G25-02 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE USE OF THE CENTRE"
BY ADDING AN ALL FACILITY DAILY USE FEE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No. G25-02 entitled
"An Ordinance Establishing Fees and Charges for the Use of The
Centre" passed March 27, 2002 be and is hereby amended by adding
the following:
ALL FACILITY*
Daily Resident/Non-Resident
Adult $ 11 . 00 $ 13 . 00
Senior $ 11 . 00 $ 13 . 00
Youth $ 11 . 00 $ 13 . 00
*All Facility shall include fitness center and aquatic center, open
gym and the use of racquetball at the non-member court rate .

Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby
repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.
