AN ORDINANCE
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. T2-02 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
ABATING A PORTION OF THE ANNUAL TAX FOR 2001 FOR
CORPORATE PURPOSE BONDS, SERIES 1993 "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance No. T2-02 passed March 27, 2002 ,
entitled "An Ordinance Abating a Portion of the Annual Tax for 2001
for Corporate Purpose Bonds, Series 1993 " be and is hereby
repealed.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby
repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage in the manner provided by law.
