AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES
EMPLOYEE GROUP OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin has heretofore
ratified and approved negotiated settlements reached by the City of
Elgin and the Public Services Employee Group; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Elgin has agreed to
implement a new salary plan for the Public Services Employee Group.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That there is hereby established the following
schedule of standard monthly salary ranges for the Public Services
Employee Group:

Section 2 . That all ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect as of December 30, 2001 .
