AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO
THE LIST OF STOP INTERSECTIONS
(Basswood Court and Hackberry Court)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended
by adding to the list of stop intersections under Section 11 . 32 . 030
the following:
Basswood Court . All vehicles being operated on
Basswood Court must stop at Poplar Creek Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Hackberry Court . All vehicles being operated on
Hackberry Court must stop at Poplar Creek Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby
repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided by law.
