AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN
(Deerpath Drive and walnut Creek Drive)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11 , Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further amended
by adding to the list of streets where parking is prohibited under
Section 11 . 60 . 050P the following:
Deerpath Drive . Deerpath Drive, both sides thereof ,
from Umbdenstock Road to Walnut Creek Drive, between the
hours of 2 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a .m.
Walnut Creek Drive . Walnut Creek Drive, both sides
thereof, from Hopps Road to Umbdenstock Drive, between
the hours of 2 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a .m.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts ofordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby
repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided by law.
