AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G3-01 ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR
CERTAIN APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Section 2 of Ordinance G3-01 adopted by the
City Council of the City of Elgin on January 10 , 2001 , be and is
hereby amended by deleting from Range 20 the position of Deputy
Fire Chief/Administration and by adding to Range 21 the position of
Deputy Fire Chief/Administration.
Section 2 . That all ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance be and are hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect upon its passage .
