G12-01 Ordinance No. G12-01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G64-00 CLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1555 SOUTH RANDALL ROAD AND 1600 UMBDENSTOCK ROAD TO A PCF PLANNED COMMUNITY FACILITY DISTRICT BY CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY (Mulberry Grove) WHEREAS, on November 15, 2000, Ordinance No. G64-00 was passed classifying property located at 1555 South Randall Road and 1600 Umbdenstock Road to a PCF Planned Community Facility District; and WHEREAS, due to a scrivener' s error the legal description of the subject property was incorrectly recited in Ordinance No. G64-00 . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS : Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No . G64-00 passed November 15, 2000, be and is hereby amended to read as follow: "Section 1 .
