I, Dolonna Mecum, certify that I am the duly appointed and acting
municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane Counties, Illinois.
I further certify that on November 15, 2000, the Corporate Authorities of
such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G69-00 entitled "Ordinance
Amending the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as Amended, by Adding to the List of Stop
Intersections, which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G69-00, including the Ordinance and
a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the
municipal building commencing on November 17, 2000, and continuing for at least ten
"'' days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available for public inspection
upon request in the office of the municipal clerk.

AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF
STOP INTERSECTIONS
(Century Oaks)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following:
Robinwood Drive . All vehicles being operated on
Robinwood Drive must stop at Forest Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Braeburn Drive . All vehicles being operated on
Braeburn Drive must stop at Forest Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Parkview Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Parkwood Drive must stop at Forest Drive before
crossing or entering the same .

Pleasant Drive . All vehicles being operated on
Pleasant Drive must stop at Forest Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Oakdale Drive . All vehicles being operated on
Oakdale Drive must stop at Forest Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Pleasant View Drive . All vehicles being
operated on Pleasant View Drive must stop at Forest
Drive before crossing or entering the same .
Century Oaks Drive. All vehicles being operated
on Century Oaks Drive must stop at Robinwood Drive
before crossing or entering the same .
Countryside Drive . All vehicles being operated
on Countryside Drive must stop at Century Oaks Drive
before crossing or entering the same .
Century Oaks Drive . All vehicles being operated
on Century Oaks Drive must stop at Parkview Drive
before crossing or entering the same .

Crestview Drive must stop at Countryside Drive
before crossing or entering the same .
Meadow Lane . All vehicles being operated on
Meadow Lane must stop at Countryside Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Ridgeway Court . All vehicles being operated on
Ridgeway Court must stop at Crestview Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Crestview Circle . All vehicles being operated
on Crestview Circle must stop at Crestview Drive
(elk before crossing or entering the same .
Parkview Drive . All vehicles being operated on
Parkview Drive must stop at Oakdale Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Parkview Drive . All vehicles being operated on
Parkview Drive must stop at Crestview Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Meadow Lane . All vehicles being operated on
Meadow Lane must stop at Parkview Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Hillcrest Road. All vehicles being operated on
Hillcrest Road must stop at Parkview Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Quail Lane . All vehicles being operated on
Quail Lane must stop at Meadow Lane before crossing
or entering the same .
Quail Lane. All vehicles being operated on
Quail Lane must stop at Oakdale Drive before
crossing or entering the same .

r Morningside Point . All vehicles being operated
on Morningside Point must stop at Morningside Drive
before crossing or entering the same .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
