I, Dolonna Mecum, certify that I am the duly appointed and acting
municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane Counties, Illinois.
I further certify that on September 27, 2000, the Corporate Authorities of
such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G52-00 entitled An Ordinance
Amending Certain Traffic and Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin, which
provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G52-00, including the Ordinance and
a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the
municipal building, commencing on September 28, 2000, and continuing for at least ten
days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available for public inspection
upon request in the office of the municipal clerk.

Ordinance No . G52-00
AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS
WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 24 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of one-way streets in the City
of Elgin under Section 11 . 24 . 020C the following:
Gifford Place from Raymond Street to Villa
Street .
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by amending the parking restrictions in the Fulton
Street Parking Lot under Section 11 . 60 . 065C to read as follows :
No parking shall be allowed in the Fulton
Street Parking Lot, located at the northeast corner
of the Fulton Street and Spring Street intersection,
Mondays through Fridays from 7 : 00 a .m. to 11 : 00 p .m.
'"'' and Saturdays from 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. unless a
vehicle is displaying a current Elgin Community
College staff, temporary staff, or handicapped
parking permit .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect on ten days after its passage and publication.
