I, Dolonna Mecum, certify that I am the duly appointed and acting
municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane Counties, Illinois.
I further certify that on July 12, 2000, the Corporate Authorities of such
municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G44-00 entitled "Ordinance
Amending the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as Amended, by Adding to the List of Stop
Intersections, which provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G44-00, including the Ordinance and
a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the
elik municipal building commencing on July 14, 2000, and continuing for at least ten days
thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available for public inspection upon
request in the office of the municipal clerk.

AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF
STOP INTERSECTIONS
(Wing Park Manor Area)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following:
N. Aldine Avenue . All vehicles being operated
northbound on N. Aldine Avenue must stop at Demmond
Street before crossing or entering the same .
N. Aldine Avenue . All vehicles being operated
on N. Aldine Avenue must stop at Oakley Avenue
before crossing or entering the same .
N. Alfred Street . All vehicles being operated
on N. Alfred Street must stop at Demmond Street
before crossing or entering the same .
N. Clifton Avenue . All vehicles being operated
on N. Clifton Avenue must stop at Demmond Street
before crossing or entering the same .
Demmond Street . All vehicles being operated on
Demmond Street must stop at the east leg of
N. Aldine Avenue before crossing or entering the
same .
Demmond Street . All vehicles being operated on
Demmond Street must stop at N. Aldine Avenue before
crossing or entering the same .
Eagle Drive . All vehicles being operated on
Eagle Drive must stop at N. Weston Avenue before
crossing or entering the same .
N. Melrose Avenue . All vehicles being operated
on N. Melrose Avenue must stop at Demmond Street
before crossing or entering the same .
Oakley Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Oakley Avenue must stop at N. Alfred Street before
crossing or entering the same .
Oakley Avenue . All vehicles being operated on
Oakley Avenue must stop at N. Melrose Avenue before
crossing or entering the same .
N. Weston Avenue . All vehicles being operated
on N. Weston Avenue must stop at Demmond Street
before crossing or entering the same .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
