AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF
STOP INTERSECTIONS
(Woodbridge North Subdivision)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following:
Barn Owl Lane. All vehicles being operated on
Barn Owl Lane must stop at Covered Bridge Drive
before crossing or entering the same .
Covered Bridge Court . All vehicles being
operated on Covered Bridge Court must stop at
Covered Bridge Drive before crossing or entering the
same .
Crystal Creek Lane. All vehicles being operated
on Crystal Creek Lane must stop at Covered Bridge
Drive before crossing or entering the same .
Hayloft Lane . All vehicles being operated on
Hayloft Lane must stop at Covered Bridge Drive
before crossing or entering the same .
Otter Creek Lane . All vehicles being operated
on Otter Creek Lane must stop at Covered Bridge
Drive before crossing or entering the same .
Red Barn Lane . All vehicles being operated on
Red Barn Lane must stop at College Green Drive
before crossing or entering the same .
Waterfall Lane. All vehicles being operated on
Waterfall Lane must stop at Woodbridge Drive before
crossing or entering the same .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
