AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
(Symphony Way)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11 entitled "Vehicles and Traffic"
of the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is
hereby further amended by amending all references to North
Street, between North Grove Avenue and Dundee Avenue, to the
street name Symphony Way.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
