AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11 . 60 . 050P the following:
DuPage Street . DuPage Street, both sides
thereof, from Channing Street to Gifford Street,
between the hours of 2 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a.m.
DuPage Street . DuPage Street, both sides
thereof, from Park Row to Chapel Street, between the
hours of 2 : 00 a .m. and 6 : 00 a.m.
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following:

Woodbridge Drive . All vehicles being operated
on Woodbridge Drive must stop at College Green Drive
before crossing or entering the same .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
