AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE PAY PLAN FOR PART TIME AND SEASONAL EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Ordinance No. G1-99 entitled "An
Ordinance Establishing a Pay Plan for Part Time and Seasonal
Employees of the City of Elgin" be and is hereby further
amended by amending Section 1 thereof as follows :
A. The listing of single rate positions at
Classification 726 is amended by adding thereto the
position of "Associate Planner $20 . 30" .
Section 2 . That all ordinances or part of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect immediately after passage in the manner provided by
law.
