AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
(Crystal Avenue and Stonehurst Drive)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11 . 60 . 050P the following:
Crystal Avenue, east side, from West Chicago
Street to South Street.
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11 . 60. 050P the following:
Crystal Avenue, east side, from West Chicago
Street to South Street, between the hours of
2 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a.m.
Stonehurst Drive, both sides thereof, from
Sebring Drive to Price Drive, between the hours of
12 : 00 a .m. and 6 :00 a.m.

Section 3 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of tow-away zones under Section
1 1 . 60 . 205 the following:
Crystal Avenue, east side, from West Chicago
Street to South Street, between the hours of
2 : 00 a.m. and 6 :00 a.m.
Section 4 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 5 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage 'n the manner provided
by law.
