municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane Counties, Illinois.
I further certify that on October 14, 1998, the Corporate Authorities of
such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G86-98, entitled An Ordinance
Amending Certain Traffic and Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin, which
provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G86-98, including the Ordinance
and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted
in the municipal building, commencing on October 16, 1998, and continuing for at
least ten days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available for public
inspection upon request in the office of the municipal clerk.

Ordinance No. G86-98
AN ORDINANCE
0,10w. AMENDING CERTAIN TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS
WITHIN THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following:
Aberdeen Court. All vehicles being operated on
Aberdeen Court must stop at Annandale Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Baltusrol Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Baltusrol Drive must stop at Medinah Circle before
crossing or entering the same.
Gleneagle Circle. All vehicles being operated on
Gleneagle Circle must stop at Annandale Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Gleneagle Circle. All vehicles being operated on
Gleneagle Circle must stop at Harbor Town Drive
before crossing or entering the same.
Harbor Town Drive. All vehicles being operated
on Harbor Town Drive must stop at Mission Hills Drive
before crossing or entering the same.
Medinah Circle. All vehicles being operated on
Medinah Circle must stop at Annandale Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Medinah Circle. All vehicles being operated on
Medinah Circle must stop at Mission Hills Drive
before crossing or entering the same.
Sawgrass Court. All vehicles being operated on
Sawgrass Court must stop at St. Andrews Circle before
crossing or entering the same.
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11 . 60 . 050P the following:
Stonehurst Drive. Stonehurst Drive, east side
thereof, from driveway of 99 Stonehurst Drive south
to Bode Road.
Stonehurst Drive. Stonehurst Drive, west side
thereof, from Highbury Drive south to Bode Road.
Stonehurst Drive. Stonehurst Drive, west side
thereof, from Sebring Drive to Highbury Drive,
between the hours of 12 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a.m.
Highbury Drive. Highbury Drive, both sides
thereof, from Stonehurst Drive to 1133 and
1136 Highbury Drive, between the hours of 12 : 00 a.m.
and 6 : 00 a.m.
Woodview Drive. Woodview Drive, both sides
thereof, from Route 19 to Woodview Circle, between
the hours of 12 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a.m.
Woodview Circle. Woodview Circle, both sides
thereof, from Woodview Drive to Woodview Drive,
between the hours of 12 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a.m.
Section 3 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of tow-away zones under Section
11 . 60 . 205 the following:
Stonehurst Drive. Stonehurst Drive, east side
thereof, from driveway of 99 Stonehurst Drive south
to Bode Road.
Stonehurst Drive. Stonehurst Drive, west side
thereof, from Highbury Drive south to Bode Road.
Stonehurst Drive. Stonehurst Drive, west side
thereof, from Sebring Drive to Highbury Drive,
between the hours of 12 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a .m.
Highbury Drive. Highbury Drive, both sides
thereof, from Stonehurst Drive to 1133 and
1136 Highbury Drive, between the hours of 12 : 00 a.m.
and 6 : 00 a.m.
Section 4 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 5 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage in he manne provided by
law.
