G11-98 Ordinance No. G11-98 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR PART TIME AND SEASONAL EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ELGIN BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS : Section 1 .
