AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF
STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Title 11 , Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following:
Todd Farm Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Todd Farm Drive must stop at Braeburn Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect: Len days after its passage in the manner provided by
