AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G9-97 GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE FOR A CONDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL OCCUPATION
AT 386 EAST CHICAGO STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS :
Section 1 . That Section 3 of Ordinance No . G9-97 entitled
"An Ordinance Granting a Conditional Use for a Conditional
Residential Occupation at 386 East Chicago Street" passed
February 26 , 1997 , be and is hereby amended by amending
Section 3 to read as follows :
"Section 3 . That the conditional use granted
herein shall expire if not established by October 28,
1998 . "
Section 2 . That, except as amended herein, Ordinance No.
G9-97 remains in full force and effect.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage in the manner provided by
law.
