Counties, Illinois .
I further certify that on May 14 , 1997, the Corporate
Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinance
No. G20-97 , entitled An Ordinance Amending Certain Traffic and
Parking Restrictions in the City of Elgin, which provided by its
terms that it should be published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G20-97, including
the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a
copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building,
commencing on May 16, 1997, and continuing for at least ten
days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available
for public inspection upon request in the office of the
municipal clerk.

AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS
IN THE CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following:
Alison Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Alison Drive must stop at S. Lyle Avenue before
crossing or entering the same.
Century Oaks Drive. All vehicles being operated
on Century Oaks Drive must stop at Braeburn Drive
before crossing or entering the same.
Covered Bridge Drive. All vehicles being
operated on Covered Bridge Drive must stop at
College Green Drive before crossing or entering the
eft same.
Division Street . All vehicles being operated on
Division Street must stop at Geneva Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Fulton Street . All vehicles being operated on
Fulton Street must stop at Gifford Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Gifford Street. All vehicles being operated on
Gifford Street must stop at Fulton Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Martha Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Martha Drive must stop at Pauline Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Maureen Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Maureen Drive must stop at Kathleen Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Maureen Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Maureen Drive must stop at Pauline Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Meyer Street. All vehicles being operated on
Meyer Street must stop at Kathleen Drive before
crossing or entering the same.

Mulford Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Mulford Drive must stop at Highbury Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Pauline Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Pauline Drive must stop at Alison Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Van Street . All vehicles being operated on Van
Street must stop at S. Commonwealth Avenue before
crossing or entering the same.
Walden Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Walden Drive must stop at Thorndale Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of thirty minute parking zones
under Section 11 . 60 . 082 the following:
Fulton Street, south side, from Gifford Street
to a point 81 feet west of Gifford Street.
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
eft conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in he manner provided
by law.
