AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11 . 60 . 050P the following:
Shuler Street. Shuler Street, both sides
thereof, from McLean Boulevard to Weston Avenue,
between the hours of $ : 00 A.M. and 4 : 00 P.M. on
school days .
Section 2 . That Section 11 .20 . 030(C) of Chapter 11 .20 of
the Elgin Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby
further amended by adding the following:
College Green Drive between Randall Road and
McLean Boulevard.
Muirfield Circle from College Green Drive to
College Green Drive.
Pebble Beach Circle from College Green Drive to
College Green Drive.
Section 3 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 .030 the following:
Dakota Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Dakota Drive must stop at Stewart Avenue before
crossing or entering the same.
Section 4 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11. 32 .030 the following:
Stewart Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Stewart Avenue must stop at Dakota Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
el.*. Section 5 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 6 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
