and acting municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane
Counties, Illinois .
I further certify that on July 24 , 1996 , the
Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved
Ordinance No. G33-96 , entitled An Ordinance Amending Certain
Traffic and Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin which
provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet
form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G33-96 , including
the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a
copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building,
commencing on July 26 , 1996 , and continuing for at least ten
days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available
for public inspection upon request in the office of the
municipal clerk.

Ordinance No. G33-96
AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN TRAFFIC AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 . 32 . 030 the following:
Varsity Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Varsity Drive must stop at Maroon Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Varsity Drive. All vehicles being operated in a
northerly direction on Varsity Drive must stop at
Woodview Circle before crossing or entering the same.
Woodview Circle. All vehicles being operated in
a northerly direction on Woodview Circle must stop
at E . Chicago Street before crossing or entering the
same.
Woodview Circle. All vehicles being operated in
a southerly direction on Woodview Circle must stop
at Varsity Drive before crossing or entering the
same.
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11 . 60. 050P the following:
Lovell Street. Lovell Street, both sides
thereof, between Prospect Boulevard and Center
Street, between the hours of 8 : 00 a.m. and 4 : 00 p.m.
on school days .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
