and acting municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane
Counties, Illinois .
I further certify that on December 6, 1995, the
Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved
Ordinance No. G84-95, entitled An Ordinance Amending Certain
Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin (Riverside Drive) ,
which provided by its terms that it should be published in
e"- pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G84-95, including
the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a
copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building,
commencing on December 7, 1995, and continuing for at least ten
days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available
for public inspection upon request in the office of the
municipal clerk.

AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of three-hour parking zones
under Section 11 . 60 . 084 .4 the following:
Riverside Drive, northbound 55 spaces ( facing
northwest) from Prairie Street to East Chicago
Street and southbound 36 spaces ( facing southeast)
north of Prairie Street.
Riverside Drive, southbound 24 spaces ( facing
southeast immediately south of East Chicago Street.
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of three-hour parking zones
under Section 11 . 60 . 084 .4 the following:
em. Riverside Drive, southerly 61 spaces, from
Prairie Street to East Chicago Street.
Section 3 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of monthly permit parking
zones under Section 11 . 60 . 089 the following:
Riverside Drive, southbound 66 spaces ( facing
southwest) from Chicago Street to Prairie Street.
Section 4 . That Title 11 , Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of monthly permit parking zones
under Section 11 . 60 . 089 the following:
Riverside Drive, southbound 13 spaces ( facing
southwest) from Chicago Street to Prairie Street.
Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 6 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner teft, by law.
