Counties, Illinois .
I further certify that on November 8, 1995, the
Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved
Ordinance No. G79-95, entitled An Ordinance Amending Certain
Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin, which provided by
its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form.
Ogr'k The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G79-95, including
the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a
copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building,
commencing on November 9, 1995, and continuing for at least ten
days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available
for public inspection upon request in the office of the
municipal clerk.

Ordinance No. G79-95
AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
CITY OF ELGIN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of streets where parking is
prohibited under Section 11 . 60 . 050P the following:
Kenneth Circle. Kenneth Circle, east side
thereof, a distance of 190 feet northerly from the
west intersection of Illinois Route 58 .
Kenneth Circle. Kenneth Circle, west side
thereof, a distance of 390 feet northerly from the
west intersection of Illinois Route 58 .
Kenneth Circle. Kenneth Circle, east side
thereof, a distance of 165 feet northerly from the
east intersection of Illinois Route 58 .
11. Kenneth Circle. Kenneth Circle, east side
thereof, from a point 340 feet north of the west
intersection of Illinois Route 58, proceeding the
entire length of Kenneth Circle in a northerly,
easterly and southerly direction, to the east leg
intersection of Illinois Route 58 .
Prairie Street. Prairie Street, north side
thereof, from S. Grove Avenue to 100 feet east of
S . Grove Avenue.
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of tow-away zones under Section
11 . 60 . 205A the following:
Poplar Creek Drive, both sides thereof, from
Bode Road to Rosewood Court.
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
