and acting municipal clerk of the City of Elgin, Cook and Kane
Counties, Illinois .
I further certify that on August 9, 1995, the
Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved
Ordinance No. G57-95, entitled An Ordinance Amending Certain
Parking Restrictions Within the City of Elgin which provided by
its terms that it should be published in pamphlet form.
The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G57-95, including
the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a
copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building,
commencing on August 10, 1995, and continuing for at least ten
days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available
for public inspection upon request in the office of the
municipal clerk.

AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING CERTAIN PARKING RESTRICTIONS WITHIN THE
MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of 30 minute parking zones
under Section 11 . 60 .082 the following:
Municipal parking lot at the southwest corner
of Kimball Street and North Grove Avenue, five
spaces on the southerly most parking row of the lot.
Section 2 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of two-hour parking zones
under Section 11 . 60 . 083 the following:
Municipal parking lot located at Dexter Court.
Section 3 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting from the list of ten-hour parking zones
under Section 11 .60.086 the following:
Municipal parking lot at the southwest corner
of Kimball Street and North Grove Avenue, except
five spaces located on the southerly row of the lot.
Section 4 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of 30 minute parking zones under
Section 11 . 60 .082 the following:
Municipal parking lot at the southwest corner
of Kimball Street and North Grove Avenue, ten spaces
on the southerly most parking row of the lot.
Municipal parking lot located at Dexter Court,
twelve spaces on the northerly most parking row of
the lot.
N. Spring Street, west side, from Highland
Avenue to a point approximately 140 feet southerly
thereof.
Section 5 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of one hour parking zones under
Section 11 . 60 . 083 the following:
N. Spring Street, east side, from E. Chicago
Street to Highland Avenue.
Section 6 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976 , as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of two-hour parking zones under
Section 11 . 60 . 084 the following:
Municipal parking lot located at Dexter Court,
sixteen spaces on the southerly most parking row of
the lot.
Section 7 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 60 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of ten-hour parking zones under
Section 11 . 60. 086 the following:
Municipal parking lot at the southwest corner
of Kimball Street and North Grove Avenue, except ten
spaces located on the southerly row of the lot.
Section 8 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 9 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
