Municipal Code by Adding to the List of Stop Intersections which
provided by its terms that it should be published in pamphlet
form.

copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building,
commencing on August 10, 1995, and continuing for at least ten
days thereafter. Copies of such Ordinance were also available
for public inspection upon request in the office of the
municipal clerk.

AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE ELGIN MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING TO THE LIST OF
STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . That Title 11, Chapter 11 . 32 of the Elgin
Municipal Code, 1976, as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of stop intersections under
Section 11 .32 . 030 the following:
Kate Street. All vehicles being operated on
Kate Street must stop at Vandalia Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Washburn Street. All vehicles being operated on
Washburn Street must stop at Vandalia Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Washburn Street. All vehicles being operated on
Washburn Street must stop at Wabash Avenue before
crossing or entering the same.
ep. Washburn Street. All vehicles being operated on
Washburn Street must stop at Gertrude Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Oak Street. All vehicles being operated on Oak
Street must stop at Vandalia Street before crossing
or entering the same.
Wabash Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Wabash Avenue must stop at Oak Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Oak Street. All vehicles being operated on Oak
Street must stop at Gertrude Street before crossing
or entering the same.
Vandalia Street. All vehicles being operated on
Vandalia Street must stop at Orange Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Wabash Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Wabash Avenue must stop at Orange Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Gertrude Street. All vehicles being operated on
Gertrude Street must stop at Orange Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Wilcox Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Wilcox Avenue must stop at Adams Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Morgan Street. All vehicles being operated on
Morgan Street must stop at Gertrude Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Gertrude Street. All vehicles being operated on
Gertrude Street must stop at Adams Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Sherman Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Sherman Avenue must stop at Illinois Avenue before
crossing or entering the same.
Sherman Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Sherman Avenue must stop at George Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Congress Street. All vehicles being operated on
Congress Street must stop at Illinois Avenue before
crossing or entering the same.
Congress Street. All vehicles being operated on
Congress Street must stop at George Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Congress Street. All vehicles being operated on
Congress Street must stop at Cleveland Avenue before
crossing or entering the same.
Illinois Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Illinois Avenue must stop at Bent Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Lavoie Avenue. All vehicles being operated on
Lavoie Avenue must stop at Bent Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Cookane Street. All vehicles being operated on
Cookane Street must stop at Bent Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Cleveland Avenue. All vehicles being operated
on Cleveland Avenue must stop at Bent Street before
crossing or entering the same.
Alison Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Alison Drive must stop at S . Jane Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Martha Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Martha Drive must stop at S. Jane Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Pamela Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Pamela Drive must stop at S. Jane Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Pamela Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Pamela Drive must stop at Pauline Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Kathleen Drive. All vehicles being operated on
Kathleen Drive must stop at Pamela Drive before
crossing or entering the same.
Vine Street. All vehicles being operated on
Vince Street must stop at Locust Avenue before
crossing or entering the same.
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance be and are
hereby repealed.
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
eft and effect ten days after its passage in the manner provided
by law.
