I further certify that on September 14 , 1994 , the Corporate Authorities of such municipality passed and approved Ordinance No. G48-94, entitled An Ordinance Reclassifying Property from CF Community Facility District to PCF Planned Community Facility District, Property Located at 1095 Bode Road (Petition 41-93) which provided by its terms that it should be rft published in pamphlet form. The pamphlet form of Ordinance No. G48-94, including the Ordinance and a cover sheet thereof, was prepared, and a copy of such Ordinance was posted in the municipal building, commencing on September 15, 1994, and continuing for at least ten days thereafter. E Ordinance No. G48-94 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT 1095 BODE ROAD WHEREAS, written application has been made to reclassify certain property located at 1095 Bode Road from CF Community Facility District to PCF Planned Community Facility District; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Commission has conducted a public hearing after due notice and submitted its written findings and recommendations to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendations of the Planning and Development Commission and concurs in such recommendations . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS: Section 1 .
